He was predeceased by: his grandfather Reverend James W. Larkins Sr.. He is survived by: his friend Harrison James Larkins; his parents, Wendolyn Larkins and James W. Larkins Jr.; his sister Kerrigan Larkins; and his grandparents, Howard, Gwendolyn Harris of Nashville, TN and Elsie Larkins. He is also survived by numerous cousins and a wide circle of friends.
