He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Sr. Rollins and June Blanton Rollins; and his wife Maureen. He is survived by: his sons, John Douglas Rollins (Mandy) and Todd Howard Rollins (Shirley); and his grandchildren, Ashton, Parker, Ansley and Piper.
