It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Iris Kern in Atlanta, Georgia, born in New York, New York, who passed away on June 17, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Diana Kern and Benjamin Kern; her son Simeon Drew; her husband William Needham; and her sister Roberta.
She is survived by: her sons, Bennett and Douglas Shapiro (Scott). She is also survived by her children, stepchildren, niece and nephews, and a host of relatives.
