He was predeceased by: his father Lewis Saxon; his son Paul Aubrey Saxon; and his mother Josephine Piazza Saxon. He is survived by: his wife Cecilia Saxon (Cindy); his daughters, Natalie Saxon of Phoenix, Arizona and Adrienne Sherwood (Christopher) of Smyrna; his siblings, Walter Saxon (Jan Wilson), Joseph Saxon (Hope), Margaret, Angela Rainey and Rosemary Wade; and his grandchildren, Harrison James and Savannah Jean Sherwood. He is also survived by many cousins, in-laws, nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Church of the Apostles (3585 Northside Pkwy NW, Atlanta, GA 30327).
