He is survived by: his wife Susan Cauble; his daughters, Rachel and Stephanie Shoap; his stepchildren, Annalee Oppert (Chris) and Marydale Oppert; his granddaughter Leona Gray; his sister Judith Schrecker (Todd); and his nieces, Ashley and Heidi Kaufman.
