She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hugh Dugger of Greeneville and Joan Walker Dugger of Greeneville; and her brother James Walker Dugger of Bonners Ferry. She is survived by: her children, Teresa Palmer, Stephen and Michael; her daughter-in-law Sherrise; and her grandsons, James and Davis Palmer.
