He is survived by: his daughter Shalice O'Neal Goins; his grandchildren, Tyler Miller and Kylie Miller; and his siblings, Sam O'Neal (Susan) and Gina O'Neal (Lance) of Vries. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Carmichael Funeral Home - Smyrna (2950 King St SE, Smyrna, GA 30080). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
