He is survived by: his friends, Abba, Chris, Brandon, Dennis and Erik; his parents, Polli (Patti) and John; his stepmother Ann; his sister Wren Kendall (Joe); his nieces, Lilly, Lucy and Lainey; his brother Carey of Kennesaw, Georgia; his aunts and uncles, Jan Brown of Sugar Hill and Jeff; his cousins, Hannah, Joshua of Buford, GA, Jessica Annis-Das (Sumi) of Oakland and Elizabeth Annis-Mangan (TK) of Takoma Park, Maryland.; Katie, Taylor, Caroline, Joshua, Benjamin, Mark, Victoria Teague and Barbara Mills (Larry) of Healdsburg.
