He was predeceased by: his parents, John William Goodhew, Jr. and Susan Patterson Goodhew; and his brother Alex Patterson Goodhew. He is survived by: his wife Joan St. Clair Goodhew; his children, Carol Goodhew Inserra (John) and John William Goodhew IV; his grandchildren, Patrick Inserra, Samantha Goodhew, Andrew Inserra, Caroline Goodhew, Matthew Inserra, Elizabeth Goodhew and William Goodhew; and his brother Dixon A. Goodhew.
