She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Kanarish and Irene Kanarish (Funk); and her sister Sondra Rosner of Boca Raton. She is survived by: her husband Arnie Rubenstein; her children, David Rubenstein (Kathy) of Atlanta, Michael Rubenstein (Nirit) of Phoenix and Beth Nowak (Benjamin) of Atlanta; her grandchildren, Sam Rubenstein (Sophi) of New York City, Jack Rubenstein of New York City, Danny Rubenstein, Ben Rubenstein, Mika Rubenstein of Phoenix and Maggie Nowak of Atlanta; and her brothers, Peppie Kanarish of Scottsdale and Mickie Kanarish of Denver.

In lieu of flowers, the family would welcome gifts in Judy's memory to The Birthright Israel Foundation.
