He is survived by: his children, Ava DeArmas-Bolar, Kannan DeArmas and Kaleb Bolar; his parents, Elson Bolar (Rochelle) and Dionnie E. Bolar; his siblings, Jacquelyn Dias, Alexander Bolar and Joshua Bolar; and his stepsiblings, Jada Spellman and David Simmons. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
