She is survived by: her children, Michael "Mac" Middlebrooks, Derick Lester Middlebrooks, Betty Jean Lyons, Rosemary Bolton (Calvin), Phyllis Linda Giles (Michael), Rodney Middlebrooks and Eric Allen Middlebrooks (Jeannie); her grandson Nicholas Tavarie Middlebrooks; and her sister Lena Hall. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.
