“My name is Steve Hoeg. I met Leon Nov '86 at Leighton Barracks. We were good friends until he departed Germany early '90. We were in the 252nd Signal company and spent lots of time together. I tried to find him over the years, but failed. I am sharing tears with the Grant family and the news of him passing makes me very sad.
