He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Morris and Nell Jordan Morris; his former wife BJ; and his daughter Michele. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Curry; his children, Margot Morris Dawkins (Marvin) and Marcus Morris Jr. (Ginger Dixon); his niece Betty Ann Davis (Dan O'Dell) of Atlanta; his grandsons, Matthew, Michael and Marshall Dawkins; and also, Laurence Bird, Lindsey, Tessa and Martha Anne Morris (Annie).
