She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Frank Mitchell and Buena Mitchell; her husband Leroy H. Jack, Sr.; her brother Fred; her sister-in-law Virginia Mitchell; her sister Donnie Jean; and her brother-in-law H. F. Wright.
She is survived by: her children, Leroy H. Jack, Jr. (Jean) and Joan Hill (Tom); her grandchildren, Leroy'Lee'H. Jack, III (Bianca), Jennifer Wertz (Ben), Miriam Greene, John Jack (Tiffany) and Jim Hill (Tami); her great grandchildren, Nathan Jack (Laura), Eli Greene, Nora Greene, Emma Jack and Arabella Wertz; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Scott Wertz (Leah) and Vikki Wertz; and her niece Ann Wilkie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nephews and great-nieces.
She was a member of First Baptist Church of Canton and an active member of her Sunday School class until the Covid pandemic.
