She is survived by: her parents, John Tyrrell and Margaret Tyrrell; her spouse Navy Lieutenant William O'Brien; and her children, Mary, Bill of Seattle, WA, John of Rowayton, CT, Molly O'Brien Spinney, Tim O'Brien of Atlanta, GA and Margaret Brindley of Denver, CO. She is also survived by nine grandchildren who adored her and nine great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews from her brother.
