She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wrigley Murphy and Tina Capossela Murphy (Michele); and her brother W. Michael Murphy. She is survived by: her husband Charlie Mitchell; her brother Joel Murphy (Judy); her children, Nancy Mitchell Hatcher (Tommy) and William Stair Mitchell (Nell); and her grandchildren, Louise Michele Hatcher, Virginia Stair Hatcher, Henry Stair Mitchell and Lucy Custis Mitchell.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Christ the King Cathedral (2699 Peachtree Rd, Atlanta, GA 30305).
