He is survived by: his spouse Jeri Kaye Lackey; his mother Evelyn Lackey; and his siblings, John Lackey, Laura Simpson (Ken Simpson), Paul Lackey (Denise Lackey), Phillip Lackey (Mollie Lackey) and Joseph Lackey (Gale Lackey). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Peter would have wanted donations to be made to the American Heart Association or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
