Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Phyllis leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gary. She is survived by: her children, Jessica and Darren; her son-in-law Rogerio; her grandson Elliott; and her pet Lucy.
In lieu of flowers, money can be donated to Planned Parenthood, one of the many causes that she cared deeply about.
