He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Ann Guild Davidson; his grandsons, Hayden Davidson, Knox Davidson, Rhett Davidson and Ollie Davidson; his siblings, Charles Lewis "Chip" Davidson, III, Robert McCurdy "Rob" Davidson and Leigh Davidson Connolly; Reid Holmes "Skip" Davidson, Jr., Tyler McCurdy Davidson and Price Miller Davidson. He is also survived by his five nephews, his three nieces and his two grandnieces.

He tried to dance because he wanted me to teach him the Jamaican dance. He loved Bob Marley songs. We sang together as we took our daily morning walks.
