We are sad to announce that on July 16, 2022, at the age of 81, Richard K. Phillips of Atlanta, Georgia, born in Birmingham, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard J. Phillips and Billie Ruth Phillips (Chisenhall); and his brother Van I. Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Jayne Riddle Phillips; his sons, Carter Russell Phillips and Clayton Johnson Phillips of Atlanta; and his sister B. J. Phillips of San Diego, CA.. He is also survived by his family, and his friends.

The family asks that donations be made to Trinity Presbyterian Church- Music Program, or Vietnam Veterans of America, 8719 Colesville Rd., Suite 100, Silver Spring, MD 20910.
