He is survived by: his wife Theresa Peek Moore; his children, Amanda Elliott (Kyle), Hunter Moore and Austin Moore; his grandchildren, Isabelle Elliott, Joshua Elliott, Oliver Cross and Barrett Cross; his sister-in-law Deborah Tanner; and his niece Tiffany Ball.
