He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Baum Fine and Jack Fine; and his brother Stanley Fine. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Fine (Rudman); his daughters, Jacqueline Fine (Mark Feinberg) of Philadelphia and Cheryl Braitberg (David Braitberg); his granddaughter Hannah Braitberg of Atlanta; his son David Fine (Andrea Fine); and his grandchildren, Marshall Fine of Atlanta and Allison Fine (Josh Palgon).
