He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Kogod and Edith Kogod; and his brother Harold Lee Kogod. He is survived by: his sibling Leslie Kogod Libby (Howard); his nephew Billy (Tiffany); his niece Alexandra; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Samuel, Charlotte and Jules; and his girlfriend Patricia Schaefer.
