She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie Decker Mihalko and Michael John Mihalko; her husband John William Thomas, Jr.; and her son Michael John Thomas. She is survived by: her son Scott Adrian Thomas; her daughter-in-law Kathy Stevens Thomas (late Michael John Thomas); and her grandchildren, Justin Thomas and Sarah Thomas.
