He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Wiggs and Mary Stephens Wiggs; his siblings, Arthur, Solomon Wiggs, Robert Wiggs, Henry Wiggs, Katie Mae Hughes, Sarah Cook and Susan Green; his sister-in-law Lois Wiggs; his in-laws, Rev. Irvin, Christine Adair, Earvie Jean, Thomas Adair, Sarah Adair Kemp and Dea; and his son Irvin Wallace Wiggs.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Adair Wiggs; his children, Lajarice Jenkins (Milton), Zeaaford Wiggs (Antoinette) and Roy Wiggs Jr.; his siblings, Isaiah Wiggs (Mona), Walter, Nathaniel Wiggs, Joseph Wiggs, Mary and Geneva; and his siblings-in-law, Ulysses, Callie, Sara, Juanita, Minister Betty Banner (James), Myrtle, Minister Mary Adair Raimey (David) and Min. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren.
