She is survived by: her husband Steven Silver; her daughters, Kris Hubert (Sandy Springs) and Lori; her son-in-law Tom Klouda; her brother David; her sister-in-law Lynn Smith; her brother Alan Smith; her grandchildren, Ashley and Jake Klouda; and her siblings-in-law, Michael and Ann Silver.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fischer Funeral Care (3742 Chamblee Dunwoody Rd, Atlanta, GA 30341). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. When the COVID pandemic closed all in-person classes, Sandy continued her daily workouts in her sewing room via televised classes, leaving the rest of her family in her wake.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her name to the Alzheimer's Association.
