She was predeceased by: her son Bradley Schultz. She is survived by: her husband Bob; her children, Robby Schultz (Danielle) and Erin Schultz; her grandchildren, Sophia, Kaminaris, Caroline and Reid Schultz; and her brother Danny Cubriel (Diana). She is also survived by family members and friends.
Since charity work was such an essential part of Sam's life, she requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to St. Vincent de Paul Society (at any Catholic church), CURE Childhood Cancer, or to a charity or library of your own choice.
