He is survived by: his wife Sybil Bernath; his children, Jay Bernath, Stacye Fogel (Harris) and Andrea Cushing (Steve); and his grandchildren, Allie Fogel, Kerri Fogel and Aaron Rosenberg.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Arlington Memorial Park (201 Mount Vernon Hwy NW, Sandy Springs, GA 30328).
