Stanley Jaynes Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 18, 2025, at the age of 87, Stanley Jaynes (Atlanta, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Katie Jaynes. He is survived by: his wife Lt. Colonel Jean Jaynes; his children, Stanley William Jaynes, Jr. (Tamme Daw Jaynes), Stephen Alan Jaynes (Kimberly Walker Jaynes), Sharon Jaynes Johnson (Joseph Johnson) and Susan Felbinger (Michael Felbinger); his grandchildren, Heather Bryant, Stanley Jaynes, Nigel Jaynes, Krystal Brian, Stephen Jaynes, Sarah Shaw, Becky Spence, Tiffany Zeis, Joshua Parton, Samuel Johnson, Natassia Chalmers and Jessica Flores; and his sister-in-law Sandy Jaynes. He is also survived by spouses, 33 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Salvation Army Atlanta Temple (2090 N Druid Hills Rd, Atlanta, GA 30329). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 10:45 AM to 12:15 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Westview Cemetery (1680 Westview Dr SW, Atlanta, GA 30301).
