The passing of Thomas G. Sampson Sr. of Atlanta, Georgia leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on July 3, 2025 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Thomas G. Sampson Sr. to show support.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel George Sampson and Claretta Scott Sampson. He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn; his children, Thomas Sampson II (Woody) and Dr. Alia Brown (Julian); his granddaughter Leila Sampson; his siblings, Hunter Sampson, Jaxson Brown, Jakob Brown, Jace Brown and Julian Isaiah Brown; and his siblings' children, Dan Varner (Ashley), Terri Varner (April) and Stephen E. Okiye, Jr. (Nerissa).

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that contributions be made to Morehouse College in remembrance of Thomas G. Sampson.
