It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tyvis Hicks (Atlanta, Georgia), who passed away on May 8, 2020, at the age of 17, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Tyvis Hicks to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Rufus and Christine Williams; his uncle Gerald Williams; his great-grandparent Rosalie Pazant; his grandfather Thomas Roy Hicks, Sr.; his uncle Alvin Edward Hicks; and his great-uncle Edward Pazant.

He is survived by: his parents, Mygnon "Mimi" and Thomas "Roy" Hicks, II; his siblings, Jessica, Thomaria, T'yana and TJ; his grandmothers, Valeria Wilridge, Lauretta Pazant and Irene Hicks; his godparents, Tony, Tanevery Jenkins, James and Sadonya Henderson; and his niece Aariyah. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

He also played travel baseball with Foundation Sports and Elevate.
