He was predeceased by: his parents, Bohor David and Emily BarDavid Levy; his wife Gertrude Carson Levy; and his siblings, Eli Levy, Sarah Gilman and Sylvia Benator.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah, William Hatherley, Joanne and Bradley Morantz; his grandchildren, Esther Morantz, Joey Hazan, Aleah and Ari Poliakoff; and his great grandchildren, Joseph Hatherley, Samuel Hazan, Shabsi Poliakoff and Yerahmiel "Rocky" Poliakoff.
