She is survived by: her son Greg Horn; her siblings, Linda Kay Johnson Davis and Donald Johnson (Linda); her niece Sara Johnson Carter; her nephews, Houston Davis, Matthew Davis and Nate Johnson; and her aunts and uncles, Larry Lewis, Claude Lewis, Faye Harmon and Molly Ann Hamblen. She is also survived by several great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
