He was predeceased by: his mother Beverly J. Holden (Brown). He is survived by: his father Patrick K. Holden of Pierpont; his children, Kyle (Emily), Ryan and Kory Holden; his grandchildren, Myla, Breccan and Logan; his siblings, Phil Holden (Carolyn) of Jefferson, Marty Holden (Tina) of North Kingsville and Vicki Holden Miller of Jefferson; and his close friend Kristen Leehan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great-nephews and a niece.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Childs-Williams-Ducro Funeral Home (1071 OH-7, Pierpont, OH 44082). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A burial was held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 518 Gore Rd, Conneaut, OH 44030.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Pierpont Fund Scholarship, c/o Lois Morton, 129 Creek Road, Pierpont, OH 44082 or the Ohio Wine Producers, 1 South Broadway, Geneva, OH 44041 to establish a scholarship in his name.
