He is survived by: his wife Mildred Hurst; his stepdaughter Meling Lee; his siblings, Edna Johnson, Gregory Hurst, Wanda Tolbert (Paul), Antonio Hurst, Michael Hurst and Burnette Hurst, Sr. (Sharonda); his sister-in-law Marie Thornton; and his aunt Elizabeth Summerour. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
