It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara G Garland of Auburn, Georgia, who passed away on November 26, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid adieu to Barbara's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Barbara has bequeathed us. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dillard A. Gilleland and Margie Nell Reeves McDonald; and her husband C. F. Garland, Sr.. She is survived by: her son Clay Garland (Pam); her siblings, Larry Sims (Cheryl) and Donnie Ritch; her grandson Clay Garland, III; and her great grandchildren, Stone and Stella Garland. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
