Rena Cooper Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rena Cooper of Auburn, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 25, 2026 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roslyn Hirsch and Dr. Sheldon D. Balbirer; and her grandparents, Al, Estelle, Lou and Libby.
She is survived by: her husband Jim; her sister Amy; her brother-in-law Mike; her niece Ryker; her brother-in-law Michael; her niece Megan; her aunts, Myrna and Phyllis; her uncle Steve; her cousins, Jackie, Monica and Aaron; and her mother-in-law Linda.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, April 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Braselton Funeral Home (5257 Hwy 53, Braselton, GA 30517).
