He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Evans and Lena B. Gibson Evans; his significant other Diana Evans; his brothers, Danny and Billy Ray Evans; and his son Tommy Mackenzie.
He is survived by: his children, Danny Evans (Amanda), Brandy Dean and Amber Morris (Aleisha); and his pet Forest Gump. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
