She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Max Diez and Elisabeth Maria Winhard Diez; her husband Roswell "Bob" Waters; and her children, Ron Waters (Jackie), Randy Waters (Kathy), Rick Waters (Shannon), Roy Waters, Patty Walker (Ray) and Rob Waters (Gisa). She was also cherished by eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, with another great-grandchild.
