She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Diamond and Katie Diamond; her husband Walter West Jr.; her brothers, Harry, Jack, Clyde, Cecil and Jim Diamond; and her grandson Martin Niederhofer.
She is survived by: her children, Walter West III (Bonnie), Marcia Giacobone (Jack), Linda Niederhofer (Dennis) and Karen Miller (Rex); and her grandchildren, Jason Waters (Belinda), Leah Vining (Shayne), Chadwick Bass, Amy Carrigan (Jack), Lisa Schipansky and Morgan Niederhofer. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.
