She was predeceased by: her son William "Little Bill" Maxwell; her parents, William Reynolds and Ruth Reynolds; and her siblings, Williemae Faulkner, Tom, Joe and Billy Reynolds.

She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Maxwell; and her children, Perry, Phillip and Vicki. She is also survived by "Nana" by her nine grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Augusta University Cancer Research, Georgia Cancer Center, 1411 Laney Walker Boulevard, Augusta, GA 30912.
