He was predeceased by: his parents, Lesslie and Minnie; his brother John Curtis; and his daughter Jacqueline Elizabeth Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Reva Bell of Fayetteville, NC; and his children, Cynthia Williams, Patricia Holmes, Arthur Pat Jr., Reginald Bell, Gwendolyn Bell and Kenneth Bell.
