She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ward and Helen McClellan; and her husband Roger D. Cheek, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Anglea Ellison (Chris) of Athens, GA., Roger Cheek II (Erica) of Washington, GA. and Randall Cheek (Jennifer) of Harlem, GA.; her grandson Brandon Ellison (Ansley); and her brothers, J. W. McClellan (Diane), Tommy McClellan (Becky) and Ira McClellan (Alice).
