He is survived by: his wife Sandra Dryden Harbin; his children, Ben L. Harbin, Jeanine H. Usry (David), Jolee H. Rabun (Curt), Stacey H. Rose (John) and Tara H. Sanders (Jay); and his grandchildren, Quint Rabun, Morgan Weathers, Evan Usry, Hampton Harbin, Hayden Stencel, Madison Hughes, Ann Sanders and Emma Kate Sanders.
