He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Anne Small and Bernell Small Sr.; and his nephew Bobby Bernell Small Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Small; his daughters, Elizabeth Nettles, April Bragg (Kendall), Deloris Miles (Billy Joe), Missy Parrish (Dustin) and Brandi Caddell; and his siblings, Bobby Small Sr. (Cathy), Travis Small, Melissa Rogers (Jay) and Timothy Small (Susan). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, eleven grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
