She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Thomas Sr.; and her siblings, Annie Power and Louis Freeman Jr.. She is survived by: her stepsons, Ronald Thomas Jr. and Derrick Thomas; her siblings, Lula Freeman, Doris Mike (Chester), Kennard Freeman, Michael Freeman and Edward Freaman; and her grandchildren, Makayla Thomas, Josiah Thomas, Ronald Thomas III and Tatiana Thomas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
