It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Joyce Wells (Augusta, Georgia), who passed away on April 25, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin Wells. She is survived by: her daughters, Melvidene Wells, Rita Ellison, Erlene Graham and Kay Ramsey. She is also survived by five grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and even one great-great-grandchild.
