It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Wiggins (Augusta, Georgia), born in Millen, Georgia, who passed away on September 8, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Stewart Wiggins, Sr.. She is survived by: her caregivers, Myrtle and Ruby; her children, Joan Mills (Robert) and Stewart Wiggins, Jr. (Cindy); her grandchildren, Ashlyn Wiggins Hobbs (Jordan) and Kayla Mills; her great grandchildren, Rhett, Camille and Tucker; and her stepdaughters, Libbie and Grace.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
