He is survived by: his wife Debbie Bambrick; his children, Cheryl Bambrick Ellis (John Ellis), Ginger Spivey (Matt Spivey) and Patrick Bambrick (Brittany Bambrick); and his grandchildren, Ashley Carter Ellis, William John Ellis Jr., Denton Spivey and Mollie Spivey.
